Wendi Turchan was born in Petoskey, Michigan. She received her MFA at the University of Oregon and currently lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In her interview, Turchan states, "The world is always shifting and changing around us, I create work that shows moments of change happening in different spaces (real and imaginary)."
